  2. Maximum of 15 minutes of sanding
  3. Preserve deck by one of the following products
  4. Do you want the beam and support post done for additional $125.00  (Option only availably for second floor decks) Yes No

Acceptance of proposal -- The above price,  specification and terms of this contract are satisfactory and are hereby accepted.  Payment will be made as outline. Owner agree to have Raaum Company verified all measurements for any discrepancy and the invent of submitting incorrect measurements. Owner agree to have Raaum Company charge or credit my account. The owner agree  not do a Charge Back once the work has been completed within 30 days, unless the work has not been started within 30 business days of this sale. You must present a copy of this Contract in order to receive a full refund. You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day. You are authorized to do the work as specified.
