The PVC products are manufactured
through a process of lamination, prints and embossing. Our
products are reinforced, which means that an additional sheet
of vinyl is laminated to the underlay of the fabric. Some of
the benefits derived from this process include a better seam
and a stronger membrane. Vinyl sheets are laminated to a
reinforced membrane made of polyester or fiberglass. The
products are completely waterproof, because seams are either
heat welded or chemically sealed with PVC sealer. It can be
applied over most existing surfaces such as wood, concrete and
fiberglass.

Our vinyl will not crack, and salt will not
damage the membrane. They are manufactured with ultraviolet
inhibitors and are mildew resistant. The rough  embossing on
the vinyl provides additional traction. Our vinyl's are
easy to maintain and require only a brush, soap and water to
clean the surface. In most instances, decks can be used the
same day as the application.
